Yes, you can manually undo a reconciliation. We need to make sure first that we're doing the right changes cause it'll affect your books. You may check these articles before undoing the reconciliation:

If you're sure already, these are the steps on how to do it:

1. Go to the Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Locate the account and click View register.
3. Find and select the transaction you want to unreconciled.
4. Under the check column, repeatedly clicking the box until it is blank. Select Save.
