Can I use German phone number instead of US phone number to sign up in Quickbooks Online US Version?

Hi there,

 

I need your help. We are attempting to sign up for QuickBooks Online US Version because we have a new company based in the US. We have an American phone number, but we are encountering difficulties setting up an account in QuickBooks Online US Version using it, as we have been unable to receive a verification code despite multiple attempts. Can we use a German phone number to sign up for QuickBooks Online US Version instead of my US phone number? By the way, we are not currently residing in the US. 

 

Also, just wanna ask if it's really required to have an American phone number when signing up to Quickbooks Online Version?

 

Can you please help me resolve this. Thank you very much

You need to use a US phone number to sign up. You should consider using QB Desktop as another option.
