Can Intuit not honor a payroll subscription that came with desktop?

There was an issue with my subscription after using it for one month & payroll customer service had to issue a new license number. I am now being billed MONTHLY for a subscription that I had ALREADY PURCHASED and PAID FOR. I have spent hours on the phone already with an agent to get my payroll working with the new license number, now over a weekend got notice my card had been charged for a monthly subscription. I have NEVER had such poor customer service and am exasperated.

This is not the service we want you to experience, @cfleming.

Your billing charges will depend on the QuickBooks products you're using. Let's login to the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to verify your account's billing history.

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Select View your transaction history.
  3. From the Time Period drop-down menu, select a date range of transactions.
  4. Find the order you need, then select the order number to see order details.
  5. To print the transaction list, select Print this page.
  6. Choose Back to my Account to go back to your CAMPS dashboard.

Checking the charges that you're getting requires pulling up your account which we are unable to do here in the Community space. That said, I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support team. They have tools that can check your account and verify those charges in a secure environment. You can check out this article for steps on how to reach them: Contact the QuickBooks Desktop Customer Support Team.
