Thanks for joining the Community today, @propertyclassicc. I can help you access your account and fixed your subscription issue.

May ask for some details on why you can't access your account due to your subscription? This is to ensure I can provide the best resolution to fix your subscription issue.

While waiting for your reply, if you encounter some technical issues when updating billing details like the errors below:

  • Something's not quite right.
  • It looks like there was a problem on our end. Select Save again.
  • Blank page/screen (unable to enter billing details).
  • Subscription-error billing.

Then, you'll have to make sure to follow the given fix in updating billing and subscription details. Please note that QuickBooks only accepts the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

  • Ensure that all Billing & Subscription fields are completed.
  • Verify credit card details.
  • Confirm that the address for the credit card matches the address in your QuickBooks settings. The addresses must match.

Also, if you're trying to resubscribe your QBO account, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company
  3. In the Billing & Subscription section, Resubscribe.
  4. Enter the updated billing information.
  5. Then, select Subscribe.

Here's a complete guide on how to resubscribe your account in QBO: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. You can also open an incognito window and do the process from there to check if this is a browser-related issue.
