It's my priority for you to log in to your Turbo Tax account, madebymetracylee.

Let's make sure you're using the same login as your TurboTax account (linked with the QucikBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) bundle). Then, try logging in to your Turbo Tax again. If you're using two separate login credentials for QBSE and TurboTax. they must share the same username and password or you can change the login credentials of one account to match the other. If you don't use the same login credentials, you can follow these options:

  • Use your TurboTax account going forward.
  • Use your QuickBooks Self-Employed going forward.
  • Maintain two separate accounts.

Here's an article to help you handle the export process when using a different login credential: Send QuickBooks Self-Employed tax data to TurboTax Self-Employed using different sign-in info.

If you want further assistance about this one, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team. Visit our Taxes page for more insights about managing your taxes in QuickBooks.

I'm just one post away if you need a hand with filing your taxes or any QBSE related. Just add the details to your reply and I'll be there to address them for you. You have a good one.
