The Reports tab can be found at the left navigation panel. 

 

 

If it's missing, it may be a browser-related issue. I've got a few troubleshooting steps to fix this. Let's start opening your account using a private browser. 

 

You can refer to these shortcut keys:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Press Ctrl Shift N for Chrome.
  • Hold down Command Shift N for Safari.

If the Reports menu shows up, clear your browser’s cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh. Otherwise, use another supported browser.
