Can we fix a double subscription to Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks online?

We converted from QB Desktop to QB online essential in July at the suggestion of the QB agent who was helping us get started with QB Payroll. Now we are being double-billed for both Desktop and Online, plus double payroll fees. How can this be fixed, and our double payments refunded?

 I can see the urgency of getting this resolved. Since your concern requires confidential information about your Intuit account, I recommend contacting our phone support team to discontinue your QuickBooks Desktop subscription. They can also provide information regarding the refund.

 

To reach them, here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and on the upper right corner, click Help.
  2. Click on Contact us.then, enter your questions or concerns, and click on Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
