Transferring money out from your QuickBooks Checking account is easy, @userbledsoehomerepai.

We'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking. Then, you'll get your QuickBooks Debit Card in the mail within 7 - 10 business days. Once done, link your bank account to allow the transfer of money from your QuickBooks Checking account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow menu and then select QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Transfer.
  3. Choose to transfer money between your accounts. You're not going to transfer money yet. You just need to start the connection.
  4. Tap Add a bank.
  5. Enter your bank's name and select your Account Type.
  6. Enter your account number and routing number.
  7. When you're ready to connect, press Next.

QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three (3) days. Once you get the confirmation email, just come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions. After setting up everything, we can now transfer money from your QuickBooks Cash account to your bank account. Let me show you how:

  1. Select Transfer money and then Move money between your account.
  2. Enter the amount to move from your QuickBooks Checking account.
  3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
  4. In the To field, select the (+). Then select your bank account.
  5. When you're ready, select Finalize transfer.
