I can share some information about getting into your account, @Lightblue28.

 

If your account is on hold, there are two ways to continue using QuickBooks Online. You can settle your outstanding balance on the subscription page by entering other card details that have funds. Or contact our Customer Care Team to help you re-activate it.

 

Here's how to update your card details:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings
  2. Select Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
  3. Click the Subscribe button.
