Hello there, @office160.

I'm here to ensure you're able to pull up a report that shows the gross revenue. This way, you can keep track of your sales and monitor your business growth.

In QuickBooks, there isn't a specific report that'll show the gross revenue. However, you can pull up the Sales by Product/Service Summary report to view your total income.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in Sales by Product in the search box, then select Sales by Product/Service Summary.
  3. Set the report period.
  4. Click Run report.

Once done, check the total amount of sales. It'll be your business total revenue in a specific period.

Also, you can customize the Sales by Product/Service Summary report to focus on the details that really matters. After that, You can memorize the report to save the current customization settings. For the detailed steps, kindly visit this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
