We're unable to sort the collection report by amount, yevoop. No worries, there's a workaround to get this done.

We can run the A/R report and export it to Excel. This helps us sort the data by amount. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select A/R Aging Detail report.
  3. Make sure to customize it correctly by utilizing the Customize button in the upper-right corner.
  4. Set the reporting date properly.
  5. Click the arrow and select Export to Excel.

Once done, we can manually sort the data by amount from the Excel.

Also, I know how important to only get accurate data or reports from our collection report. We can send your valuable feedback to our Product Development team. By sharing your insights about it, our developer might include this in the product enhancements. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback under Profile.
  4. Enter your suggestion. Then, click Next.
