Cancel QuickCash immediately

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can assist you with canceling your QuickBooks Cash account.

The balance of the account should be zero to cancel or close it successfully. I recommend spending the remaining amount first or transferring the funds to your external bank account.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu. 
2. Go to the QuickBooks Cash tab.
3. Select Transfer money and then Move money between your account.
4. Enter the amount to move from your QuickBooks Cash account.
5. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
6. In the To field, select the (+). Then select your bank account.
7. When you're ready, select Finalize transfer.

Once it's zero, please call us using the number visible at the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card. Our support will further help you with the cancelation process.
