Cancel the subscription

Hello,

 

I cancel the subscription for my Quickbooks online simple start. My payment went through today for the month. I will not be using the account. Can you please send me the refund. My email address is [email address removed]

I can show you how you can cancel your subscription, @Fit2Function.

 

You can log into your account and cancel it from there. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, and then click Continue to cancel again.
  5. Enter the reason for the cancellation.
  6. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Once completed, you'll receive an email that confirms your account was successfully canceled. Also, your data will be available for up to a year. I've added this article to know what will happen to your data after the cancellation. What happens to my data after I cancel?
