"Cancelled account" nightmare
Hello,
I am going thru a nightmware with Quickbooks.
1- My account got cancelled 2 weeks ago (no idea why, subscription is current, same account used for Turbo tax)
2- No-one at quickbooks can help "your account is cancelled, we are not allowed to help"
3- I get turbox tax to re-activate my account (submitting IDs)
4- I get the accountant on my Quickbooks company to re-invite me using a different email adress
I thought it was solved.
Today:
- Quickbooks has cancelled my "quickbooks payment"
- my Quickbooks checking is "on hold"
- Same story, no-one can help, "my account is cancelled"
Where do I go for help? The Quickbooks checking has a significant amount of money, and suppliers need to be paid. Is the only option legal?
None seems able to help. The money is locked on the account (I have access to see it), No payment can come out and customer support can not help.
