Cannot log in after move to payroll core

After the move to  Payroll core my login will not work I’ve been using the same login for 12 years did not have a problem Till moved her payroll core.   Page says no company associated with my login.  

 

even from the email that says I’m all set

Anybody else?

I'm here to ensure that you can log in to your QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) account swiftly. This way, you can get back where you left off. 

 

Moving to QBOP Core will not change the log-in information. To troubleshoot this, I'd recommend recovering your credentials. Let me guide you on how. You can follow the steps below. 

 

  1. Go to your Intuit account, then enter either your phone number or email in the box. 
  2. Click the Sign-in button. 
  3. Enter your password in the box and tap Continue. If you receive any error message, click Get a code to (phone number) or Sign differently
  4. Enter the code in the field and follow the on-screen instructions. 
  5. From there, select the Sign in and security button on the left side.
  6. Review your User IDEmail address, and Password. Modify it if needed.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our technical support. They have tools to check your credentials in a safe place and help you to modify them.

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

Tried all that. My username and password are correct.   I can verify that and the system knows who I am by email. All the displayed info is correct.  Just when I try to login to run payroll, it goes to a page that says there is no company associated with my username.

 

it’s a serious glitch.

 

ive contacted a tech (  in Idaho) and got a case number.   Will follow up tomorrow as nothing has happened today with it.

Day 3.  Still no fix.   Now I have a missed payroll.
