Question

Cannot register QB online for Mac. Have proper #'s from email. pop up registration box, says my Product # is invalid which it isn't, and can only Register later.

MAC OS Sonoma.  I cannot get into my program, locked out, tried too many times, please help!  QB support has been terrible, they cut me off the other day.

Which QB Desktop year version do you have? 2024 or older?

2023  This is what my dialog box looks like every time, and the numbers are from my registration email.

Login to your CAMPS and make sure the installation and product code are correct with the year version you want to register.

Somebody please help me I am having this same problem.

Got a new Macbook, transferred company file from a Windows PC to Mac.  Downloaded the software from within my Quickbooks account page, installed and kept bypassing the Registration option so I could load the company file and make sure everything was okay.

Now I cannot open up Quickbooks anymore!

I am using my correct Quickbooks Desktop (Plus Annual Subscription Premier) license number and product number and it just says "INvalid Number."

What the HECK is going on??? I cannot open up Quickbooks anymore somebody please help!

You can't use the license of QB Desktop Premier Plus on QB Desktop Mac. You should contact Fiat Lux for a workaround.
