Cant log on to 2014 pro

Came in this morning password same since 2018.. wont' work.. tried to reset it won't accept that either.. Purchased new online option but can't sign in to transfer data

You may need to upgrade your file on the trial license of QBD 2015 and 2019 prior to migrating to QBO.

Thank you for replying.. I was finally able to sign in... but it has taken my history from this last April back to 2018..

 

It did this before too.. 

 

I tried to restore a back up but any back ups are gone as far back to Dec 2020.. 

 

I ran a search on my pc for other backup and found the recent April one but it won't let me import it.. huge file can see its the right one but can't grab it..
