Change Accounting Contact

Where do I change the email for the accounting contact? An employee who is no longer here receives emails from your company but I find no where to update it

Thanks for joining the Community, JFH2.

 

If you're referring to your accounts contact information, you can update it from the Account and settings screen.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Use your Gear icon, then go to Account and settings and access the Company tab.
  2. Find your Contact info section.
  3. Click its Pencil icon and make the necessary changes.
  4. Select Save, then Done.

 

If you're looking to remove an accountant user, your steps will be a bit different:
 

  1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Manage users.
  2. Access your Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
  3. Locate an accountant you want to remove.
  4. From the Action column, click Delete.
  5. Select Delete.

 

In the event you want to add a new accountant user, you can do so from your Manage users screen.
