I'm here to guide you through the process of transferring access from one bookkeeper to another and managing your billing. My aim is to make these tasks as smooth as possible for you.

To begin, reach out to the former bookkeeper first. Ask them to remove you from their wholesale billing account and transfer your access as the primary administrator. This step is important to ensure that you can update the billing information and get started with your work for the company. Follow these simple steps to get it done:

1. In your company, head to the Gear icon ⚙ in the upper right and choose Subscriptions and billing under Profile.
2. Go to the Billing details tab and select Edit billing information to update your payment information.
3. This action will launch the Wallet list.
4. From there, you can perform the following tasks:
   
   

• Edit the payment method used for QuickBooks Online billing (expiration date, billing address, account holder name).
• Add a new payment to be used for QuickBooks Online billing.
• Switch QuickBooks Online billing to the previously stored payment method.
  
  

After you've made the necessary changes, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing details tab. If your current bookkeeper is the Primary Admin, you can simply ask them to transfer that role. Intuit will not interfere with your dispute. Another option, purchase a third-party service to migrate your data to a new QBO account.
