Question

Changing categories in bulk on a number of expenses or bill payments is pretty easy. However for some reason I can't find a way to change the payment account in bulk.

How would you do this? Seems silly to not be able to do such a basic function that is a breeze in the desktop version.

@rdylina I know that it is not possible to bulk change the Payment Account for the Expenses or Bill Payments directly in QuickBooks Online, but if you are looking for an alternative way of doing that you could try one of the third party data import/export utilities that have the ability to batch update transactions.  One that I am very familiar is Axis Online and it has a free level you can use to try out.
