Changing the primary admin

I have been trying to change our primary admin since 10/2023.  I have spoken with and chatted with Intuit too many times to count.  I have been given the run around with every possible excuse.  On 1/16/24 I asked for a supervisor and was denied.  I'm at a loss on what to do.

Can you loin to CAMPS as the Primary Admin?

Which QB Desktop year version do you run?

We have desktop Enterprise.  I am not familiar with CAMPS, what is that?

Let's contact QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) support again. You can ask them to review the recent and read them for you through the notes. On top of that, you can request an escalation for this, since you've been contacting them several times.

Bryan I certainly appreciate your suggestion however I have chatted and spoken to QB numerous times regarding this matter.  I attempted to contact QB yet again today and the person whom I was chatting with refused to speak to me because I was unable to provide an email address.  I would like to say 2 things about this, first off none of the previous chats has asked me to verify business name, phone number or email associated to the account (which is a good thing because our 2 previous admins have since left the company) and second I did provide license number, case number, business name and phone number.  They still refused to help me.

You must be able to access CAMPS as the Primary Contact to request their support.

Another option, you can purchase a 3rd party service to reset the Admin password.

I followed the prompts only to not be able to "continue", because nothing happened when I clicked the continue tab.  Now what??

First, can you clarify which Continue button or tab you're referring to? Also, if you could provide a screenshot of the issue, that would help us pinpoint the problem and offer more tailored solutions.
