If you don't have an account yet, just click this link to create one: Create an Intuit developer account. To ask a question, here's how to get in touch with them:

1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
2. Scroll down, then click Contact us under the Intuit column.
3. Select your subscription.
4. Click Ask A Question.
5. Follow-on screen instructions.

Also, I'd suggest contacting your accountant. They might have a rental account on their COA that might help you.
