Clicking on the gear Icon to access Managing my accounts is not working. What am I doing wrong?

To clarify, are you referring to bank accounts or QBSE accounts? If you could provide screenshots, that will help as well.  

In the meantime, you can clear your browser's history to narrow down the cause of the problem.
