Clsoing Business. Can I print reports to a hard drive?

Help has arrived, @mark265. I’m here to walk you through the steps on how to export reports from QuickBooks Online to Excel.

You have an option to export your reports to Excel if you want to use your reports outside QBO. Here’s how:

1. Go to Report from the left navigational pane. 
2. Select a report you’ll want to export. 
3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
4. Save the file on your hard drive or somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.
