Company Email Address
The company email address was changed years ago in QB's. When asked to login, the system still prefills the old address. I have to change it to the new address every time for it to work. Also, when asked to do the two part verification, the system still uses the old email address. I am forced to only use the cell phone text message. This old email address is no longer associated with the business in any way. How can it be removed for good?
