Constant Trouble Logging in to Self-Employed Account

Keep receiving this infuriating error message daily when I try to log in to Quickbooks Self-Employed. Not sure what the work around is. Tried it on an incognito browser and still no dice. Attaching an example of the error message below.

Thanks for bringing this forward to the Community, Fenimorec. I want to make sure you're able to access your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

 

In addition to the incognito window, I would also clear the browser cache to completely rule out any browser issues. Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome for example:

 

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.
