greetings

our company got switched to the new layout, but I can't seem to figure out how to create a PO from an estimate there. Can anyone help?

Online I can only find the instructions for the old layout, which do not work.

Thanks

Thank you for your effort in searching for the conversion instructions for the old layout, @Matteo_S. I'm here to clarify the feature changes for the new one.

I can see how challenging it is to navigate the new layout. Please know that converting an estimate to PO in the updated template is currently unavailable. You can only do so for invoices.

If you still see the Old layout button, you may switch back to get the option of transforming the estimate to a purchase order. You'll also want to send Feedback to our developers so they can review and consider this for future updates.

To proceed, open the estimate transaction. Take a look at this screenshot for your guide:

You can read this reference to learn more about the new offers and limitations: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Here's an article you can use in case you'd like to explore linking them together: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to comment below if you have other questions about estimates or purchase orders. I'll be here to answer them for you. Have a great day!

Is there a plan to re add this feature in the new layout?

Thank you
