Question

Converted Desktop to Online. In Desktop, after reconciling, I ran 2 Reports- Summary & Detail. Printed both & saved to computer. Now see Summ only & no Save? What to do?

I don't see a choice for Detailed.  I see no way to save this in a file on the computer.  It must be in magic hidden area - any hints?

Hello, ptstone1. It's great to see you here in the Community!

I understand if you're totally new to the interface, it can be a bit challenging. Allow me to help to find the options for printing and saving it to your local drive.

After viewing the report, I'd recommend switching to the classic view. You can find this option at the top-right of the window before More actions.

Then, in the report view, you will find additional options on the top-right for printing and saving.

Here's how to save the file to your local drive:

  1. Click the printing icon , and a new window will pop.
  2. Click the download icon at the right side window.
  3. A new window will pop up, and an option for you to save it to your local drive.

On the other hand, if you would like to manage your reports in that way it will be much easier for you to locate it. Allow me to show you how:

  1. In the classic view. click the Save customization
  2. A new window will pop up to categorized your report
  3. Then, hit Save.
  4. To locates the categorize reports, Click the reports at the left navigation panel.
  5. After the Standard button, Click the Custom reports.

Additionally, you can easily download data entered into your file and get specific information not included in basic reports by following the steps outlined in these articles:
