Question

Could you tell me how to set up the subscription payment emails sent from <do_not_reply@intuit.com> so that they are sent to someone other than the primary admin?

I'm glad you posted here, @mamori-iidagroup.

 

Currently, only the Primary Admin or the email entered in the contact info from the Account and Settings tab can receive the Intuit billing subscription email. I see how beneficial it would be to add multiple emails on your end.

 

As a workaround, you can manually send the email to your subordinates so they can also read the email.
