Credit card information has changed. How do I update it?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @anitanigro15.

 

You can go to the Billing & Subscription menu to update your credit card information. Let me guide you through the steps.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, click the Gear icon and select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu.
  3. In the Payment Method section, click the pencil icon to edit the information.
  4. Enter the new credit card information, then click Save once done.

However, if you're trying to update your credit card sign-in information that is connected to your QBO account, you can go to the Banking page. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Choose the credit card account from the list.
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit, then click the Edit sign-in info button.
  4. Enter your updated username and password and select Save and connect.
