There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, causing some unusual responses. We can open your account using a private browser. Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This eliminates excessive files in your browser, causing this glitch. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser as an alternative.
