Login to your CAMPS as the Primary Contact and make sure you have canceled your subscription.

To begin, let's make sure that you have canceled your QuickBooks Desktop subscription. This way, you will not be charged constantly.

Here's how:

1. Log into your CAMPs account.
2. If you’re unsure about your account, please see What is CAMPSs and how do I use it?
3. Select the QuickBooks Desktop Account you want to modify.
4. If you have more than one, your login profile will show you which one is currently selected.
5. In the Products & Services area, find your subscription or service, then select Details
6. Verify this is the product or service you no longer need, then select Cancel Service under the active
7. Please let us know why you are leaving so we can improve our services. After providing any details (optional), select Continue to cancel.
8. Confirm your cancelation by selecting Cancel Now.

You will see a confirmation message as well as receive an email.  

If it's already canceled but you still get charged for the subscription, we can open your QuickBooks Desktop file. From there, utilize the Help menu to reach our support team. They have full access to your account and can review the logs made in reference to these charges. Aside from that, we have a designated team that'll help with your refund concern.

Here's how to contact our QuickBooks Desktop support team: 

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
5. Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
6. Choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
