Customer Service - Not helpful at all

I just spent the last 2.5, 3 hrs chatting with 4 different people about the same issue. No one was able to resolve the issue. I got hung up on by the third agent after she tried to push me into call back services. No one worked the same and they seemed to only have very basic knowledge that I can look up myself. There's no where to leave a complaint, so I'm posting it here.

I'd also feel the same way if I spent too much time dealing with a process that does not resolve my issue. With that said, let's work together to fix your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) concern.

 

To start, may I know the details of your issue? Any information such as an error message or screenshots about it is a great help so we can get closer to the resolution. 

 

In the meantime, I'll be adding this great resource to further guide you in managing your payroll data in QBDT: Get started with QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. This includes steps on how you can activate your payroll subscription, complete the set up, etc. 

 

Also, QBDT has a ton of wonderful payroll reports that you can access. This is a useful way to get a clearer view of your employee data and monitor the finances of your business.
