Data and program location

Where is the best place to install the Enterprise program on a server only install? Our data is on a separate SSD from our operating system.

As long as you have a good setup and you can access your files, it doesn't matter where you install the program. Check out this article for your reference: Set up and install a multi-user network for QuickBooks Desktop.
