Data download from QBO to QBDT is missing transactions recorded after the first attempted export, how do I isolate entries recorded after the original export date?

Before anything else, please check this link: Limitations when you convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop. This will show you what are and will not be exported and how to handle them.

In addition, what I can suggest if you want to convert the data again is to create a new company file. You can set up a company as many as you want. Please check this link for more details: Export and convert your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop.

Once done, you can pull the Profit and Loss on both QuickBooks versions to make sure that the data match.
