Dead email
My admin changed my credentials to send an invite for online advanced. The invitation is broken, admin removed me and added me to re send another invite. This was a technical support directive. Now, after 50 hours on the phone, 7 weeks of “inconvenience “ and being lied to on several occasions I was told that I can never use my work email for quick books. They called this an acceptable solution and closed the ticket. Will not expedite up the chain of command to initiate a solution that is viable for a business customer. What can I do?
