Nice to have you in the Community space, @john-ljconst-gma.

You can cancel those accounts so the next time you log in, you’ll be directly routed to your main account. Before canceling, I recommend saving a copy of your data for future use.

Once ready, you can now proceed to these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  6. Then follow the onscreen steps.

You can also check this article for more details: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

Once you cancel those accounts, we hold on to your data for a year. This lets you pick up where you left off. After that, we’ll delete those data. In case you wish to resubscribe in the future, check out this link for the complete process: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if there’s anything else you need assistance with managing your QBO account. I’ll be around always ready to lend a hand. Have a good one!
