Delete current card account.

Hello, @Irynag.

You have to delete all the transactions first before deleting the credit card account. Since the transaction will still be reported in the balance sheet and QuickBooks will create an adjustment for the account to be zero.

Once you already deleted the transactions. Then you may now delete a credit card in the Chart of Accounts.

Here's how:

1. Select Chart of Accounts from the Lists menu.
2. Look for the account that you want to delete.
3. Right-click, then tap on Delete Account.
4. Choose OK to confirm the action.
