Delete Please

It seems that you're trying to delete some lists on your QuickBooks Online data. Let me share the steps on how to do it.

For transactions, you just need to open it and select Delete from the footer section. Then, click Yes to confirm.

If you want to remove an account from your Chart of Accounts, please note that we're unable to permanently delete them. What we can do is to make them inactive.

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of accounts.
2. Find the account you want to delete.
3. Select the Action dropdown and select Make inactive.

For downloaded transactions, we can exclude them. Here are the articles if you need detailed steps:
