How do I delete a customer with a re occurring  invoice?

Hi there, @ilesprop!

 

Deleting a customer name with a recurring invoice requires getting rid of the recurring template first. I'll show you how to delete the template so you can remove the customer from the list of names.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Recurring transactions.
  3. Find the recurring invoice template of the customer in question.
  4. Under Action, select the Edit menu.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Click Yes.

 

Once done, go ahead and delete the name of the customer from the list. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Identify the name of the customer you wanted to delete and open the profile overview.
  4. Under the Edit menu, select Make inactive.
  5. Click Yes, make inactive to confirm.
