Desktop Premier Licenses

They are very rigid about this issue. There is no policy to request a (partial) refund after 60 days of purchase. You can purchase a new license for QBD 2022 Premier for 2 users for $850 direct to Intuit or <$700 through partners/retailers. Then you can request a refund within 60 days and buy another new license if you still need more time to use it.

I want to make sure you can add your new two users to your account so they can start working. 

In QuickBooks Desktop Plus Premier, you can add five users. You can add them to your account if you are still under the cap. To do this, complete the following procedures below:

1. Go to the Company menu and select Users.
2. Choose the Set Up Users and Roles tab.
3. Enter the admin password and click OK.
4. Pick the User List tab, then hit New.
5. Enter a user name and an optional password.
6. In the Available Roles section, pick the user’s roles and click Add.
7. Hit OK.

After that, let's enable the multi-user so they can access the file simultaneously for two months. Visit this link and follow Steps 3 to 7: Install QuickBooks Desktop on a server.

I'd recommend calling our Customer Care Team for your subscription and license questions. They can verify if you can add and sell your QuickBooks initial subscription. 

1. Press F1 on your keyboard to open the Help page.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern in the box and select Continue.
4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
5. Complete the required data and submit the request.

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
