Question

Did anybody else have their yearly subscription canceled in the middle and then have to renew at a higher price for the new subscription rate?

I had 7 months left on my subscription and they said I clicked cancel but my audit history doesn't show that. I was paying the old rate of $160 a year but now had to pay $270 a year to renew. I did get a refund for the 7 un-used months but based on the $160. So now they win, I have to pay almost double a the price I was paying for the remains 7 months. I have contacted Quickbooks over 5 times and still don't even have a good feeling they will get the taken care of. This is also not to mention the other open case I have from September 2019 for a refund that they still can seems to figure out. REAL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAYBE SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE WILL READ THIS...PLEASE HELP IM SURE WHENEVER THIS IS READ I WILL STILL NOT HAVE A RESOLUTION

Hello there, alex93.

We can look into your bank statement to see the description. Also, we can verify within your QuickBooks Online account the subscription you have and any additional plans.

Just go to the Gear icon and click Account and settings, and from the Billing & Subscription menu, look into QuickBooks Online details to see the amount of your paid subscription. Any section that's in green are active subscriptions. You might have payroll services with multiple employees.

To know more about our subscription details you can look into our QuickBooks Online Plans and Pricing

Feel free to get back to us if you need anything else. Take care!
