Did anyone else have trouble with their subscription? My app says i’m not subscribed, but my settings and back account say otherwise. Can someone help?

Just like the web version, the QuickBooks Online app also stores cache. However, over time, this cache can become outdated and corrupted, leading to various issues, including the one you're currently experiencing. To resolve this, let's clear the stored cache and refresh the app's data by following these quick troubleshooting steps. Here's how to clear the cache: 

 

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Open your device Settings.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  5. Select clear data.
  6. Power down and restart your device again.

 

After this, let's refresh the app data. 

 

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
