Did the sign out icon disappear from anyone else's account? I have no way to sign out of my intuit quickbooks account.

With a few updates, the Sign out option is now moved from the Gear icon to the profile icon. It's still located at the upper-right, next to the gear icon. You can use the screenshot below for your reference. 

However, if you're unable to see the option, a browser-related cache might have caused the unexpected behavior. Try accessing your account through a private browser and check the Sign out button from there. If you're able to see it, just switch back to the main browser and clear the cache so the system can refresh. You'll also want to use other supported browsers to isolate missing icons and options.
