Do to covi-19 i lost most of my clientele, i want to see if i could talk to a representative about lowering my payments with QB?

You may be able to temporarily downgrade your subscription. There is no blanket rate reduction but maybe a staffer will offer to discuss your particular situation through PM.

 

You are probably eligible for more than one federal program or loan. If you have yet to talk to your local bank Intuit has been or is being approved as a SBA lender and will soon have direct applications for funding available. 

 

You can also suspend your account (cancel) and pick up later when things improve. Az long as you reinstate within 364 days you will not lose your info

For the time being, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.
