Do you offer a way to put my account on hold. My business has lost over 90% of our business and am not needing this service until business picks back up.

As of this time, the ability to put your QuickBooks account on hold is unavailable. Instead, let me route you to our Customer Care team so you'd be assisted in securely looking up your account. Also, a specialist can further assist you in managing your subscription and in looking for ways to make the product a more versatile tool.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field.
  4. Choose Continue
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
