Question

Does anyone else have an issue with QB closing every time you export to google sheet? And, requiring a code EVERY time you export?

When I'm sending departmental reports that might require a column of input, we use google sheets.  It takes forever to enter a code for each report, and then re-log into QBO in-between each one. 6 departments, 3 reports each.

As much as I would love to help and figure out this concern, it's best to contact our online team support since this matter involves pulling up some personal information and accounts. This way, they can access your account and look for the root cause of these concerns. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?). 
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue. 
  5. You may choose Callback, Appointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us. 
  6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number. 
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback, Schedule an appointment, or Chat.
