Does anyone else have Customer Support and Q&A issues?

You can also use the Community.
I find I am not getting any feedback from the Community on questions. I end up searching posts similiar and see they have not been responded to either.
Many posts I do see with responses are done with confusing answers that don't answer the poster's questions.
You can clearly see the poster repeating themselves and then you see the person or bot answering with repeated off-topic or very incorrect answers to the clearly posted question.
I tried tonight but the system did not say there were specific times customer support was open, but it gave me a number to call and a support ticket #. I called and I was told the system was down for the evening.
So I tried to post on the community but it's a very glitchy, outdated, non-user-friendly (UX and UI) interface.
I have posted in the past and I never get an alert that QB or the community replied to my questions so it has not been useful for me.
There is no option to review my posts, but Google searches give directions on how to locate your posts.
It said those who cannot see the option have cache issues.
I cleared my cache on my Mac and tried two different answers and tried a second Mac computer.

I am using both the traditional and accountant mode for
QB ONLINE
Mac on Chrom and Safari. I tried both to see if it was a browser issue but it is a QB issue.
