Does anyone have a problem with their deposit and/or expense dropdown menu not being in the same order as their chart of accounts?

My sub-accounts are not properly aligned under the right account in the dropdown menu, but it's ok in the chart of accounts.

Hello, gwenhigaki.

 

Let me share some insight about your situation.

 

The drop-down menu from the Expense or Bank deposit page displays random accounts. While in the Chart of Accounts, you can sort the Name and Type in alphabetical order.

 

What you can do at the moment is to manually type the bank account name in the Payment account or Account drop-down list. 

 

You can also send a product suggestion to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.
