Does anyone have an email address for the QuickBooks Payment Team?

I need to send a letter to the Payments Team since the NINE phone calls/chat sessions with the QB "experts" has not resolved a reversed chargeback issue that has now been going on for 3 months! No one I've talked to seems to know what needs to be done.
